Undergraduate Students
Scholarship funding for international students applying to undergraduate programs is very competitive at Temple University. As an international student, you are not eligible to receive U.S. federal or state-based financial aid and are expected to finance the entire cost of your education.
However, Temple University does offer some international student academic scholarships that can assist with the cost of tuition to undergraduate applicants with outstanding academic records. These scholarships are renewable for up to four years of study provided you maintain certain academic qualifications.
Eligibility
Temple awards academic scholarships to international students with strong academic records and standardized test scores. These scholarships range from $1,000 to full tuition. The availability of funding and the size, quality and characteristics of the overall applicant pool will determine the number and value of academic scholarships offered.
Graduate Students
If you are considering applying for admission to Temple University as a graduate student, you will need to communicate with the academic department to which you are applying. All funding (including scholarships) at the graduate level are managed through the individual academic departments then processed by the Office of Student Financial Services.
